Madison Makala Greiner

Madison Makala Greiner is an artist based in Philadelphia. Her paintings explore an environments ability to emulate emotion. Her current body of work pulls inspiration from her surroundings in the city and enhances them with feelings of memory, loss, solitude.

Madison is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.

She is a recipient of the Ella King Torrey Award, the Raymond D. and Estelle Ruben’s Travel Award & Scholarship, the Louis B Sloan Landscape painting award, the Anne Bryan Fund and many others.

Madison completed a 2023 Winter-Spring Residency with Inliquid in Philadelphia which concluded with her first solo exhibition on the Ben Franklin Parkway.

She regularly shows at the Rittenhouse Fine Art Show in June and September in Philadelphia and her work can be found in exhibition’s in Philadelphia galleries throughout the year.
